Because orders are placed and fulfilled via Amazon, returns and exchanges are handled directly through Amazon’s return system. Purchases Made on Amazon
- If you purchased your The Intentional Maven product through Amazon.com or Amazon.ca, your order, payment, and return are processed directly by Amazon under their terms and policies.

To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Amazon account.
- Go to Your Orders.
- Select Return or Replace Items and follow the prompts.

Purchases Made on Our Website (theintentionalmaven.com)
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or gift receipt) is required.

- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
3. Process
Contact us at hello@theintentionalmaven.com before sending anything back. We will provide instructions for return shipping. Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, depending on your request.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost inbound packages.
